Hook: Interesting, short enough, cited. How about this ALT? ALT1 ... that a female taekwando fighter, who wore a headscarf under her helmet, won the sole medal for Afghanistan at the 2002 Asian Games after the fall of the Taliban?

Article: New enough, long enough. Needs a thorough copyedit... I'll get on that. Referencing is thorough and formatted. Paraphrasing looks okay.
