5x expanded by J Milburn (talk). Self-nominated at 17:28, 15 May 2016 (UTC).

  • This article was 5x expanded on May 15, it is over 1500 characters, and it is within policy (though I don't have access to the book that this article relies on, so I am not able to check for close paraphrasing). The hook is under 200 characters and interesting, but I don't think the language of the hook matches the language of this article. Specifically, the hook says The Death of Metal "was an inspiration" for Keller's works, but the article says that The Death of Metal "may have served as an uncredited inspiration" (emphasis added) for Keller's The Metal Doom. Perhaps we can change the hook to say that The Death of Metal "may" have been an inspiration for Lockridge and Keller? Also, a QPQ is still required for this article. In any case, thanks for taking the time to expand our coverage about this fascinating individual. Nice work! Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 18:06, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
  • @Notecardforfree: Thanks for the review! In the hook, I write that the novel was perhaps an inspiration for a work by Keller; or do you think this is insufficient? Josh Milburn (talk) 18:11, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
  • @J Milburn: I think it's fine to say that the novel was "perhaps" an inspiration for Keller's later work. Thanks for the quick follow up with this! Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 18:13, 15 May 2016 (UTC)

  • Thanks so much for the quick follow-up. The modified hook now reflects the language of the article and it is supported by an inline citation to a reliable source. Now that QPQ is satisfied, this nomination is good to go (just be sure to check for copyvio and other policy issues when you finish your review of Olaf Guthfrithson). Thanks again for your hard work with this! Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 19:31, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
