Women's football in Africa

[edit]

Created/expanded by LauraHale (talk). Nominated by Riley Huntley (talk) at 10:11, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

  • Article is new enough and long enough. There are no copyright issues with the text. The QPQ is done. The hook is interesting and formatted correctly and I made a slight capitalization adjustment to it. Good to go. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 11:36, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
  • While I'm not fond of the hook, the primary reason I balked at promoting this nomination is the article's prose. With such statements as "almost no team had a national football team", it is not ready for the main page, and needs a good copyedit before it will be. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:46, 27 October 2012 (UTC)

  • Since it seems to have been copyedited (Thanks!) Needs a new full review. -- Cheers, Riley Huntley 00:42, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
  • As the first reviewer wrote, the QPQ has been done. The prose is good and accurate, and assuming good faith on the main source, the pages of which seem to be inaccessible via the provided link. Good to go. Cloudz679 18:09, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
