To be quite clear it has never been acceptable to include within this template near-misses in Western countries and injuries, and omit fatalities listed at for example list of Indian rail incidents. Keep them out or this box becomes unethical and eccentrically focussed on certain nation's own reporting systems.- Adam37 Talk 09:25, 28 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
