The following is an email I received from an Indian Naional I recieived. I belive it anwered 2 Questions brought out on t he Discussiion page and those were: How many HIndue Temples are there in India and Was there ever a time when Amritsar was ever Armistar? zI believe the answer came from the follolwing person who is both a professional tour guide in the Pak=India area, Taj Mahal, Golden Templa and other areaas of northern India, He was born and raised in Indi. Mmy dilemna is, how can I ue him as a reference? I am positive his information is accurand and absolutely correct.

The people of India welcome it’s tourists but as you will see, it is not the land of opportunity to her local people. They work hard, they are poor and deal with many hardships that western people will never imagine. As I said, I intend to enlighten you to “My Amritsar”.
My greatest interest is in film making. Perhaps I will have the opportunity to film other amazing places of wonder and show them to you right here on Wikipedia.
