Stana Katic
[edit]I am not sure what this project includes. I think you might be proud to claim Stana Katic by tagging the article with {{WikiProject Serbia}}. I'll let you decide.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 20:38, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

Change "This article is supported by Belgrade task force" to "This article is supported by the Belgrade task force". Cran32 (talk | contributions) 17:57, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
- To editor Cran32: the article "the" can be added by using the text-changing parameter
|TF_1_TEXT=
; however, I made this change, then I tested it and found that the importance information is lost when that parameter is used. The importance information may be important or not, but I self-reverted because I am not comfortable leaving it that way without first seeing what other editors think about it. So I'll leave this request open to see what happens. Maybe another template editor will know how to use the text parameter without losing the importance info. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 19:30, 26 June 2021 (UTC) - To editor Cran32: done, tested the code in the sandbox and it seems to work well, so I synchronized it to the live version. Let me know if you see any problems. Thank you very much for your input! P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 20:31, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
- @Paine Ellsworth: is there a reason that this can't just be done with
TF_1_NAME
, as I did at Template:WikiProject Ukraine per another of Cran32's edit requests? I took that approach based on Template:WPBannerMeta/doc § Task forces. -- Tamzin (she/they) | o toki tawa mi. 20:40, 26 June 2021 (UTC)- To editor Tamzin: I'm personally not too avid about including "the" in the
|TF_1_NAME=
parameter, because then it shows up as part of the link in the project template. But the documentation allows it, so it must not be a big deal. And yes, it appears that the importance info for "Ukrainian Football" and "Crimea" were not used to begin with. In this case the importance info is included, so the text parameter had to be used to preserve that info. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 20:57, 26 June 2021 (UTC) - Note to Tamzin: I see in the sandbox that adding "the" to the NAME parameter does still preserve the importance information, so I suppose either way works; however, I still like my way better. - Heh, that's fine. All I care is that I didn't mess something up myself.

Not tryna do the +TPE → -TPE speedrun. -- Tamzin (she/they) | o toki tawa mi. 21:12, 26 June 2021 (UTC)- Got it. Over the years other editors have been very forgiving of my errors, some of which were pretty huge. It's always good to check and double check, though, specially where templates are concerned. Best to you! P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 21:17, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
