File:Nuvola apps ksysv.png is square; File:Nuvola apps ksysv.svg is an upright rectangle, more than twice as tall as it is wide (the actual ratio is 2.18444:1). For the same 60px width, they look like this:

As can be seen at Template:WikiProject Transport/sandbox, whilst the image is of similar height, the lack of a broad left/right margin means that the reduced width also reduces the width of the two coloured rectangles for class and importance.
