Thalapula Palli, is a village in Puthala Pattu Mandal in Chittoor district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. The population is about 1100 – 1300, and mainly depends on agriculture.[citation needed] Over 95% population were educated and 80% youth holding their master's degrees.[citation needed]

It is located on the National Highway NH-18 that links Chittoor and Hyderabad. Village is located 5 km away from puthalapattutowards Pillar Road.
