The Bootlicker is an album by The Melvins, which was released in 1999 through Ipecac Recordings. This album is part of a trilogy: The Maggot, The Bootlicker and The Crybaby. The Trilogy was released on vinyl by Ipecac Recordings (The Trilogy Vinyl, IPC-011, November 27, 2000).
On the CD version there is a spooky sample of the song "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (the first song on The Crybaby) after "Prig" and some digital silence.
