The High Road is the second album from American pop/R&B singer JoJo. It was released on October 17, 2006 in the United States. Within its day of release, The High Road went straight to number one on the iTunes chart. It also debuted at number three on the U.S. Billboard 200 behind Diddy's Press Play and Evanescence's The Open Door, selling 108,000 copies in its first week of release. The album debuted at number twelve on the Canadian Albums Chart. Album sales dropped off 70% in its second week. In the UK, the album has so far reached a peak of #24 in the chart, upon the release of "Too Little Too Late". The album was certified Gold by the RIAA in December 2006.[2] As of February 2, 2007 it has sold 514,779 copies in the U.S.[3]

The first single from the album is "Too Little Too Late", which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 and number two on the Billboard Pop 100 becoming JoJo's most successful single so far. The video, which was shot in Los Angeles, California on May 19 and 20, was released on July 18 on AOL.
