Tilt Brush is a 3D painting program.
Controls farah
The game is designed for motion interfaces in virtual reality but also works with keyboard and mouse.[1] Players can export their images as animated GIFs.[2]
Development
The program's designers recalled punching each other in the face accidentally as they painted due to the close proximity of their desks.[3] Google acquired Skillman & Hackett (and their program) in mid to late 2015.[4][5] Tilt Brush was released at the HTC Vive's launch on April 5, 2016, at no cost when pre-ordering the HTC Vive.[6][7]
Reception
Ars Technica said that Tilt Brush was the HTC Vive's killer app.[8] Edward Baig of USA Today said that the program was the only game that excited him in the platform's launch lineup.[9] The New York Times wrote that the program was better suited for beginners than games like Fantastic Contraption.[10]
Ars Technica praised the game's intuitive interface and the excitement of painting in three dimensions.[11]
