Towne West Square is an enclosed shopping mall located in Wichita, Kansas, United States. Opened in 1980,[1] it comprises more than 80 stores in 951,447 square feet (88,392.3 m2) of gross leasable area.[2] The mall's five anchor stores include Concentrix, Dick's Sporting Goods, a Dillard's Clearance Center and JCPenney. Sears (the sixth anchor store) closed in December 2014, then later taken over by Convergy's not accessible from the interior of the mall. The original anchor stores in the mall were: Dillard's, Henry's, JCPenney, Montgomery Ward and Service Merchandise. Sears opened in 1994 (14 years after the rest of the mall) moving a store from the open air Twin Lakes Shopping Center. The Henry's store has since been sealed off from the rest of the mall and currently houses 54 West Music Hall. In 2017, Dillard's converted their men's store in the former Montgomery Ward into a Dillard's Clearance Center after closing the women's store on the malls north side. Sears Hometown, operated in the old Henry's, closed in 2019. Later, the Convergy's name was renamed Concentrix.

On July 31, 2020, JCPenney put 21 stores for sale as part of their bankruptcy, this location included.[3]
