The Naueclus was a supposed German submarine that sank November 15, 1945, while traveling from Finland to Spain.

A note found in a bottle on the coast of Denmark in 1946, written on a page torn from its logbook, and dated one year earlier, claimed that Adolf Hitler did not die in the Führerbunker, but instead perished aboard the u-boat.[1]

The note is generally believed to be a hoax.[2]
