Off The Boulevard is a 2011 American Independent Documentary Film directed by Jeff Santo [1], who is best known for his documentary This Old Cub. The film follows the lives of seven artists: two musicians (Keith Jackson, lead singer of a punk rock band called Glass Heroes [2]; and Nick Nicholson, a Nashville Recording artist who's Country Music style is influenced by his Rock n' Roll roots), two actors (David Della Rocco, best known for his role as Rocco in The Boondock Saints movies; and Sanel Budimlic, who is best known for his role as Dado [3] in Jeff Santo's film titled Jake's Corner), two writer/directors (Troy Duffy, writer/director of The Boondock Saints and The Boondock Saints II; and Jeff Santo), and a stand-up comedian (Bob Rubin, who travels the country performing stand-up and is also known for his performance in The Boondock Saints II). The film captures their struggle and their endurance in the harsh reality of today's entertainment industry. Off The Boulevard also features industry insights[4] from well-knowns such as: Peter Fonda, Joe Mantegna, Gilby Clarke, Sonny Barger, Dan Haggerty, and Eddie Vedder.
