Aleska Génesis Castellanos (Maracaibo, August 4, 1990) is a Venezuelan model and entrepreneur, and an industrial engineer by profession.
Biography
[edit]She has modeled for designers and fashion houses such as Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Custo Barcelona, Lost Pattern, Virgilio Madinah, Passarela & Brenda Noy, Giannina Azar, Alejandro Fajardo, Nathalia Forkin, Georgia Reyes, and Nidal Nouaihed.
She won the Sambil Models contest in Venezuela in 2013.[1] In 2016, she was the victim of a kidnapping in Caracas, an event that prevented her from attending Miss Venezuela.[2] She was declared the Queen of the Feria Internacional de Barquisimeto in 2010.[3]
She has a perfume line, Mala by Aleska Génesis,[4] and a swimwear collection called Sense of G.[5] Sport Magazine[6] described her as “a princess with fists of steel.”
She was the girlfriend of reggaeton artist Nicky Jam[7] and has been linked with other celebrities like Maluma and James Rodríguez.[8] Aleska Génesis Castellanos has reported being a victim of abuse by her ex-partner, businessman Miguel Mawad.[9] Her personal experience has led her to work in programs against violencia de género and female empowerment, such as Global Women Leaders in Dominican Republic,[10] a project supported by the United Nations.
