GLC has advised more than 100 clients and, over the last several years, has completed transactions valued in excess of $3 billion.[1]
GLC has represented an array of companies within its targeted sectors, including Sears, Madison Dearborn Partners, Fingerhut, Carfax, Reiman Publications, and Hallmark.[2]
