Comércio de Componentes Eletrônicos (Commerce of Electronic Components) abbreviated as CCE, is a brazilian electronics manufacturing company, owned by group Digibrás Industria do Brasil S/A (Brazilian Industries S/A), which is owned by the Sverner family.

History[edit]

CCE was founded in 1964 by Isaac Sverner with the goal of importing and commercializing electronic components; however, only in 1971 the company started manufacturing complete electronic equipments.[1]

In 2012, the Chinese company Lenovo bought the company, expanding its participation on the brazilian market,[1] but in october 2015, Lenovo returned controlling interest to the Sverner.
