RF|Binder is a full-service public relations agency headquartered in New York with an office in Boston, as well as bureaus in Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and South Florida.
As one of the top twenty independent public relations agencies in the United States[1], RF|Binder was named The Holmes Report Creative Agency of the Year in 2010[2]and Mid Size Agency of the Year in 2011<[3].

RF|Binder established itself as an independent subsidiary of the Ruder Finn group in 2001. Founded by Bill Ruder and David Finn in 1948[4], the Ruder Finn Group has been in the field for more than 60 years. With combined revenues of more than $100 million, the Ruder Finn Group has offices in 20 cities and partner agencies in 31 countries[5]. RF|Binder is part of the Group's consultancy, which focuses on working with major corporations and brands on corporate reputation and brand assignments. With clients ranging from Dunkin Donuts to McGraw Hill, RF|Binder specializes in traditional public relations and communications, and has recently begun working in the digital arena.

Amy Binder has served as CEO since 2001. Amy receieved her A.B. with Honors from Brown University and her M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University.
