Paulo Jorge Velez Muacho (Campo Maior, 14 July 1990) is a Portuguese lawyer and politician, a founding member of the Livre Party. He has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a master's degree in Administrative Law from the Portuguese Catholic University. Author of a dissertation entitled "Concession and competition: the intersection of systems and the new administrative paradigm".[1]
He was a municipal deputy in the Lisbon Municipal Assembly between 2017 and 2021.[2] He was head of the Livre Party's list for the Setúbal constituency in the 2022[3] and 2024[4] legislative elections.
In the 2024 legislative elections, he was elected as a member of parliament for the Setúbal constituency. He became the first MP elected by the Free Party in the district.
