Ondangwa Town Council is the democratically elected local government authority for the town of Ondangwa, Namibia. Its on the third tier of government in Namibia after the central,regional and the local government.Its current members were voted to power in the Local elections The leader of the town is a mayor .He is councillor Leornard Negonga from the SWAPO party.It is responsible for the following functions: [1]

- Sewerage
- Sanitation
- Solid Waste Management
- Town planning
- Roads maintenance
- Domestic and Garden Refuse removal
- Building control
- Building Plans
- Fire Brigade
