Melanie Maecker-Tursun (illustriertes Selbstporträt, 2020)

Melanie Maecker-Tursun is a freelance German graphic designer and art director. She lives and works in Hamburg-Ottensen.[1]

Maecker-Tursun studied graphic design at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (Department of Design) from 1997 to 2002. During her studies she spent a semester abroad (visual communication - photo/film design) at RMIT University in Melbourne in 1999/2000.[2] After her studies Melanie Maecker-Tursun worked as art director in agencies such as Springer & Jacoby, Grey Hamburg or Publicis[3][2] Her work focuses on corporate design, dialogue marketing, advertising/campaign development and website conception and design.[1]
