Early life
[edit]She born with no relegion by birth and brought up in a small town Baruipur in 1983, near Kolkata , Westbengal in India.[1]
Life Education
[edit]She completed her Bsc computer sc hons from Sammilani Maha vidyalaya and then MCA from Narula Institute of technology and joined as software engineer, currently she is an employee of Ericsson Global Services pvt ltd.
Family
[edit]- Her father is a lawyer and politician Akramul hoque Baidya
- Mother Arati das Baidya was a teacher.She schooling from a local school Rashmoni Balika Vidyala .
- She has only one daughter
- her husband is an electrical engineer and is in govt service

[edit]a well-known poet and writer. Till now she has 5 books of poem. One book of Anu golpe and her 1st novel is in press to be published.

[edit]She has written the song Shoor Chobi sung by renowned singer Rupankar Bagchi . she has also written the songs for the Album Insomniac sung by Ishaan Ganguly.
This Rabindra jyenti 25th boisakh will be releasing an experimental Music Drama series containing 4 Rabindra sangeet which has been sung with Arabian Music Instruments. Kumkum develops the concept and directed the video The Music was programmed by Ashu Chakraborty, songs are sung by Rupankar Bagchi, Paromita Mallick, Dipayan Banerjee, Kumkum Baidya,Strokes section Amit Sur,wind Section Sushanta Nandi,rhythm Joy Nandi, mixing & mastering Soumen Paul, Video Mahua Pramanik

[edit]- She is a software engineer by profession but passion is writing and music.
- She has produced and directed international award wining short films like “Hello”, “ Shikar”, “ Kober ma” etc.
- She has won Asian Press Sahitya Samman Award in 2021 for her magazine Uchchhash.
- She is the creative head for Uchchhash a cultural platform.
- The Music Video directed and written by her has won K-Music and Arts Film Festival (KMAFe) koria Best Music Award, Best Music video award in TAIWAN INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL, Best music Video in Better Earth International Film Festival and has been selected in EUROPE MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS , Bhutan Independent Film Festival. Also has been nominated as Best Music video in International Kolkata Short Film Festival 2022.
- Music Video Insomniac has won Luis Bunuel Memorial Awards 2022.
- Short Film “Hello” produced by her had won Best Short film Black Swan International Film Festival
