The UBC Okanagan Faculty of Management is a University of British Columbia school located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The school functions as the Okanagan Campus’s primary business school, offering undergraduate and graduate degrees and research opportunities. The Faculty of Management began operation in Kelowna in 2005.

Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Management

The Bachelor of Management is a four-year program for undergraduate students looking to enter the business world. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills required in the business world, aiming to equip students with the skills to become successful leaders and managers. It emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and adaptation to the rapidly changing modern business world. There are opportunities to focus on career areas including but not limited to accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, marketing, operations management, and sustainability. In addition, students can choose to minor in computer science, cultural studies, economics, psychology, or sociology.

Graduate Programs

Master of Management

The Master of Management is a 25-month part-time program that is especially suited for working professionals who want to further their knowledge and education. This program combines part-time online studies and three two-week incentives at the UBC Okanagan campus. The Master of Management program implements applied learning to help students apply their classroom studies to real-world contexts. The course-based program enables all students to pursue advanced studies, accommodate professional commitments, and advance their careers

Dual-Degree Master of Management

The Dual-Degree Master of Management is an interdisciplinary program, in which students can earn both Bachelor and Master of Management degrees at UBC under 4.5 years. Students will be able to learn the basic foundation of the business world while also being given access to more advanced knowledge such as Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Business Strategies, etc.
