The brand was founded in the late 2000's in order to represent the hard-work, training, and dedication of MMA athletes. The Cage Fighter brand was launched as an authentic MMA apparel company. UFC Champions and Olympic Athletes such as Daniel Cormier and Jordan Burroughs quickly gravitated towards the brand as it was innovating the clothing industry by creating the most durable, yet comfortable apparel for those who push their bodies to the limit.[2] The company then naturally grew into the sport of wrestling as many of the brand's fighters had wrestling roots. The brand transformed into CF Athletic, which now owns the Cage Fighter trademark. Today, the Cage Fighter brand is worn by top athletes around the globe.
