The Uninvited Co., Inc.; a pseudonym for Steven Dunlop.
My first edit was on March 27, 2003, to Keyboard instrument.
I was one of the proponents of the formation of the arbitration process and was one of the original members of the arbitration committee. After helping develop the arbitration policy, and participating in the first few cases, I resigned. I rejoined the committee after receiving the support of the community in the December 2006 election and remained a member until September 2008.
I was previously an active participant in, and administrator of, what is variously known as OTRS or the Volunteer Response Team.
I was a checkuser and oversight operator from 2006-2009.
- Essay I wrote prior to my WikiVacation from December 2004 to February 2005
- statement on Wikipedia Copyright and Licensing. I have been a long-time advocate of the CC-BY-SA license for Wikipedia, and contributed the first CC-BY-SA licensed image.
Previously participated at at:
- Meta, where I was an administrator for a time
- Member of the communications committee to the Wikimedia Foundation board of trustees, during its period of activity in 2006-2007.

[edit]My professional career has been in management and in software development. I recently left Thomson Reuters where I had worked as a quant for the fixed income and derivatives markets for nine years. I was previously a software development manager at Motorola. I am presently working for a wireless networking start-up.
I work semi-professionally in the performing arts as a musician, lighting designer, and stage electrician. I hold a general-class amateur radio license, a pilot certificate, and an instrument rating. I enjoy sailing my boat on Lake Pepin and the Mississippi river, and I like to explore smaller waters via canoe. I've been scuba diving in Lake Superior, smaller lakes around Minnesota, and in the ocean when I am able to travel.
I am married, have three children, and have three step-children.
What's in a name?
[edit]My username was inspired by a theater company of the same name, now defunct.
