Collabs / classification

[edit]

Hi, Casliber. I thought that the note you posted on Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Dinosaurs#Voting_on_next_collab......... was a useful way of comparing various nominees / past collabs. Would you be interested in crossposting this to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Dinosaurs/Dinosaur collaboration? -- Writtenonsand 16:08, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Sure cheers, Casliber | talk | contribs 22:09, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Bolsa Familia

[edit]

Thank you. Bolsa Escola was just a transfer for schools. It started at a local level and expanded gradually, as more municipalities (Brazilian counties) adopted it. It was instituted on a national level around 2000, and Bolsa Escola was integrated in Bolsa Familia in 2003. OneWorld22 06:13, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

As far as politics go

[edit]

I am in support of Hillary R. Clinton for the presidency (and can't tolerate it when someone tries to call her a male). And I am pretty sure that if people are rejecting evolutionary science and global warming at this point, they're just going up a river in Egypt without a paddle (;D) A hearty salute to your unexpected friendly comments on my talk page. Re: User:Metzenberg and User:ZayZayEm

[edit]

Hi Writtenonsand. Thanks for your comments. My reaction to User:Metzenberg's attempt at compromise is rude. I admit that. This has been a rather large incident and extends much further back over several pages, I am currently attempting to get User:Metzenberg to come to mediation. User:Metzenberg has been consistently rude, arrogant and hostile towards me, I have tried to bite my tongue, but sometimes you know, "enough is enough". I will try to keep cool.--ZayZayEM 00:00, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

A better title, I think, would be eo:Konkeristo, but I don't speak much Spanish. I will put a note on the talk page asking about it. Thanks for the heads-up. -- Yekrats 18:33, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

The fist article line says :
Conquistador (elp. konkistaDOR) estas hispana vorto kun la signifo konkeranto,
kaj ĝi estas uzata en la internacia historiografio por aludi la soldatojn, esploristojn kaj aventuristojn kiuj unuafoje
malkovris por eŭropanoj la terojn de Ameriko kaj Orienta Azio,...
Conquistador (pronouncation: konkistaDOR) is a spanish word which means conqueror,
and it is used in the international historiography to mention soldiers, explorers and adventurers which for the first time
discovered for Europeans countries of America and East Asia, ...
So it is not common that a non-esperanto word appears as article title in the eo WP, but exceptionally for such a word as "conquistador" that is internationally used as it in several languages ( e.g. in French). Generally krokodilado is not welcome in the eo:WP, however we have a "village pump section" where non esperanto speakers are welcome by ambassadors. Krokodilemuloj are invited to talk together in their own language projects. Arno Lagrange  07:03, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

On your talk page, you list conditions one must follow for communicating with you, with the following warning: "By attempting to communicate with me, you agree to this license. If that doesn't work for you, then don't try to communicate with me." I do not agree with any such restrictions and therefore am not interested in communication with you. — Knowledge Seeker 17:34, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Hi Writtenonsand,

I moved your request from the WP Christianity talk page to the WP Christianity Peer Review page. If you have anything to add to the request, please add it there. Thanks for the head's up. Have a great day! Nswinton\talk 21:49, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

Re:How to translate "bota abaixo"?

[edit]

Hi, "bota abaixo" is something as "boot below", it is a coloquial form of the Portuguese. Obs: My English is bad. JoãoFelipe ( Let's talk! ) 02:39, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

If you he will be interested party, can contribute for Brazil Collaboration. WikiProject Brazil and Portal:Brazil also. JoãoFelipe ( Let's talk! ) 02:42, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
