Edit summaries

[edit]

Hi, just so you know, using all CAPITAL letters in your edit summaries (and talk posts) is not necessary. In fact. it's preferred that you don't. Lowercase is better.
And you don't need to sign (~~~~) your edit summaries, just talk page posts. Thanks - theWOLFchild 17:44, 30 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks,I will do my best. 斯冰菊 (talk) 09:32, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Reference formatting

[edit]

You have twice altered the reference formatting at List of highest-grossing films when carrying out box-office updates (see [1] and [2]). The references use templates so altering the order of parameters makes absolutely no difference to the end result; however, formatting them in the order they are rendered does make them easier to maintain. If you believe the references are incorrectly formatted then you need to start a discussion on the talk page or better yet at the citation template page where the parameter rendering is determined, rather than just altering the formatting of a single reference in a single article. [edit]

Hi! On the article you recently edited, the map was in fact only updated in May - it does not update live. So, for now, it is "as of May". Completely understandable, though.

If you do want to check which bills are still pending and update the page, though, you can go here and update both the "pending bills" section and the map by downloading the file from Wikimedia, opening it as a text file, and moving the names of the classes corresponding to the states into the appropriate sections. In the meantime, I've reverted your edit, but have deleted the extraneous space you noticed.

Also, just for the future, since this changed the meaning of the article, it shouldn't have been marked as a minor edit, although I understand you may have thought it was a typo. In any case, I appreciate your interest in editing Wikipedia. Blippy1998 (talk) 17:08, 5 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
