Why can't I edit?
[edit]Hello there, when I try to edit a page, it keeps blocking me from doing so, saying that "The IP range Special:Contributions/149.88.96.0/21 has been blocked by Blablubbs (talk · contribs)" (yes, I can understand why that range was blocked).
