Please help me with a particular user named User:TheGreatSG'rean because his edit is really fast and because of the lack of time management and momentum, his edit of Wikipedia is pretty fast so I need someone to help with the edits and tell him to slow down. He doesn't listen.

I'm sorry you are dismayed by someone's rate of editing, but there's no sign that you tried to interact with them using this IP address. Unless you can come up with a more precise explanation of what you think the user is doing wrong, there's little anyone is going to do.
