Welcome[edit]

Hallo, thanks for your contributions and welcome to Wikipedia. I see that you're adding works by David R. Topper. If you're him, then please be aware that there are several considerations to editing. All contributions must be from a neutral point of view, must scrupulously avoid conflict of interest, and must be reliably cited to independent (third-party) sources. On the whole these things make it inadvisable for authors to edit articles about themselves or to propagate information about their own books or papers. It would not be wrong to cite a fact from one of Topper's books, giving the exact page reference; that is certainly preferable to adding book citations at the ends of articles without indicating what relevance they have. All the same, it's a risky business; better to edit on other matters, or to make suggestions on article talk pages for other editors to pick up. January 2020[edit]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to General relativity. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - DVdm (talk) 16:11, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Well I'm sorry to see you're simply ignoring friendly advice, so now you've got a straightforward warning. You're doing yourself no good - everything you've added so far has been deleted, and you're wasting people's time into the bargain. Chiswick Chap (talk) 16:16, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
