That doesn't matter. If vandalism or sockpuppetry comes from this IP, it will be blocked (and the block will be extensive if it involves socking or block evasion). By the way, how do you know about the CheckUsers? Have you run into one before? This isn't something that newcomers to this site are familiar with.
