Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Because (Beatles song), have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 02:47, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Groove Is in the Heart, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 02:58, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at All in the Family (song), you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 16:41, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Groove Is in the Heart. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 22:57, 25 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at Escape from New York. Beyond the multiple warnings you've received you've been blocked twice, once for three months, for making these kinds of edits. You need to stop immediately or likely face another block. Information icon Hello, I'm Betty Logan. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Entertainment Software Rating Board, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Betty Logan (talk) 03:59, 29 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
