Hi @StarryNightSky11. The irrelevant text tediously describes a chef's ordinary career, and is minimally tangential to the restaurant Sixteen. Though perhaps relevant to an entry on Thomas Lents, he is (so far) undeserving of a Wikipedia entry. If you believe Lents is deserving of an entry, write one, and reference it here.
