Information icon Hello, I'm AnApple47. I noticed that you recently removed content from Drag queen without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hello, I'm Oshwah. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Ryanair Flight 4978 seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 21:12, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Template:RuPaul's Drag Race

[edit]

Please stop edit warring at Template:RuPaul's Drag Race. There is an active Talk page discussion, as you're well aware. Let editors discuss the concern you've raised. If you continue edit warring I will seek admin involvement. ---Another Believer (Talk) 13:16, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.

Blocked

[edit]

I've blocked you for one week for violating WP:SOCK. You cannot go back and forth between using your named account, User:Underpaid Intern, and your IP, even if you acknowledge that they are the same in certain venues. You are both editing the same pages, and it would become impossible to declare your relationship each time you do it. Editing logged out is not in and of itself blockable, but it is when it is done in a manner that avoids scrutiny, whether intended or not, when it is used to edit the same pages, and when you edit project space. See WP:GAB for your appeal rights.--Bbb23 (talk) 15:43, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Dear Bbb23, if you looked through to User:Underpaid Intern’s contributions, you will notice that the only recent contributions made by this account (which I acknowledge being mine) is the AfD nomination for RuPaul’s Drag Race: The Mobile Game. The AfD procedure does not allow unregistered users to create the deletion discussion page, hence my need to use User:Underpaid Intern to complete my nomination. If this is not allowed by Wikipedia’s guidelines, then I apologise - I am not aware of this. In no way I use that account to avoid scrutiny. If you compare the contributions of both my IP account and my registered one, you see very little overlapping within the pages edited -this only happens when I want to open an AfD case, as unregistered users can’t complete the procedure. I believe your block is unreasonable, I don’t use two different accounts for any malicious purposes. I prefer to edit without logging it because my device keeps on logging my account out by itself. 78.148.25.46 (talk) 15:55, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

It's entirely inappropriate to be editing project space both logged in and logged out. The appearance in this case, even if not the intent, was that of using multiple accounts and/or IPs to feign consensus. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 19:14, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • You can't bend the rules to suit you. There are ways for an IP to start a deletion discussion, but they must seek help to do so. I also disagree with your contention that the IP and named account edits don't overlap. You have nominated several articles for discussion and got into disputes with other editors, and then you come along and promote the AfD that your named account started. I don't see you as an asset to Wikipedia, but I'm not ready to block your named account. I strongly urge you to stop editing with this IP - or any other IP - after this block expires, or you risk an indefinite block of you as an individual.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:37, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
