[edit]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Telephone numbers in the Pitcairn Islands, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not remove all content from pages without explanation, as you did with this edit to Talk:Telephone numbers in Nagorno-Karabakh. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Mtking (edits) 09:34, 10 September 2011 (UTC) [reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Talk:Telephone numbers in Western Sahara. Mtking (edits) 09:34, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Did you actually read the log or the page? -- 80.42.236.111 (talk) 09:38, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ugh, please ignore these warnings. I'll have a chat to the editors who have left them. Your work is greatly appreciated. Jenks24 (talk) 09:39, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed. These edits look fine. However, I'd note that using an edit-summary such as "removing redirect to actual article after page-move" may well have avoided the confusion on other editor's part and saved many of us a bunch of time investigating it. I'd second DMacks on that, please use an edit summary so that other editors can understand what's going on. I've declined the report at AIV, but I had to spend a few minutes looking through what you were actually doing. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 09:56, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I do sincerely apologise for the confusion, but without edit summaries all I saw was mass removal of redirects from talk pages. I have struck the warnings. Mtking (edits) 10:51, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I didn't originally imagine such a simple set of edits would cause such confusion. Glad it's all sorted now. -- 80.42.236.111 (talk) 18:45, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
