Hyderabad State edits[edit]

Just saw your edit summary. It's a difficult business; I don't personally disagree with "annexation" as a description of what happened, but the matter is seems immensely controversial; providing a balanced viewpoint that represents all significant views on this matter is not, I believe, feasible in the lead as it stands. Any attempt to do so would, imo, bloat the lead with too much information, and self-justifications from competing sources with opposing points of view. I think it would be quite legitimate, and informative, to address the deficit (or error, as you see it) in the main body of the article, as long as that's done with due regard to wikipedia policies on an overall neutral point of view. If something's truly, notably controversial, it will be dealt with as notable in mainstream sources, and we can merely outline the controversy as described by those sources. We don't take sides. Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Die Hard (film series), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 18:37, 26 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
