The edit was not intended to be unconstructive. I like Wikipedia to use correct English, and I made this change on the grounds that "pay raise" is incorrect and should be "pay rise". However, I see now that "pay raise" is correct US English (I am British), so will leave it as it is, even if I myself prefer UK usage. 82.69.33.159 (talk) 20:18, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
