Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at Dolittle (film). Such attempts to avoid detection or circumvent the blocking policy will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia you may be blocked from editing without further notice. SummerPhDv2.0 23:46, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Yes, any article of clothing you would care to mention can be found being warn in various TV shows, movies, novels, plays, statues, speeches, photos in news stories, knock-knock jokes, operas and coloring book pages.

A list of random examples of such uses is an indiscriminate list. Please review WP:NOT and WP:IPC. If you do not understand or disagree, please discuss the issue.

If you make such additions again without establishing a consensus to do so, you will be blocked from editing and your edits reverted. If you continue editing from a new IP address, the edits will be reverted and, as necessary, we will use range blocks, abuse reports with your ISP and article protection to stop your disruption. - SummerPhDv2.0 05:11, 22 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information.

While it is true that various characters in TV shows, films, novels, plays, etc. as well as real life politicians, actors, sports stars, musicians, scientists, etc. wear bow ties, ascots, glasses, shirts, shoes, cuff links, etc., a randomly selected list of such people is simply not encyclopedic.

If you disagree, you will need to discuss the issue and establish a consensus to include the lists.

Additionally, I have reverted you several times for adding unnecessary links to various articles. While Wikipedia has a large number of articles about various common nouns, indiscriminately linking to them is not helpful to readers. To help sort out what should or should not be linked, please review the guideline at WP:OVERLINK.

With both of these and other issues, please discuss anything you are unsure of with other editors. If you are asking about a specific article, please use the article's talk page. If it is in regard to a previous note from the editor, please either respond to their not here on your talk page or by starting a new topic on their talk page.

As Wikipedia is a collaborative project, communicating with other editors is not optional. If you are unable or unwilling to discuss issues as they arise, problems will grow and you will eventually be blocked from editing. SummerPhDv2.0 12:51, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
