Please help me with creating a page for the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture - AFAC which is one of the few granting institutions working in the field of arts and culture in the Arab Region. this organization is well known in the Arab region and around the world. It has been reviewed in various international magazines and websites including:
medculture.eu mbc.net arablit.org agendaculturel.com flashartonline.com
The topic is very important for artists and arts & culture practitioners working in the Arab region, nevertheless, every time an article is created about AFAC, it always gets deleted. What is the best way create the page and avoid being considered a publicity page.

- There are two "best" places to create an article, either in the Draft namespace or in Userspace. If the AFAC is a notable org, then there should be no problems as long as the guidelines are followed. When ready, the article can then be moved to the main namespace. To write the article to sound objective and encyclopedic rather than self-serving is the main goal if one wants for it to avoid being considered a publicity page. When beginning a new article, the two most important things to consider are notability and verifiability. Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia! Paine u/c 08:38, 14 September 2016 (UTC)

Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your IP address linked to your contributions page (however, if you create an account, your IP address will be hidden and you will be able to build a custom signature that can link to your own user page), a link to this (this IP's talk) page, and a timestamp.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
