Additional citations needed
[edit]Hi! I note that you sometimes place a citations needed template onto articles, as here on Beggars Banquet:[1]. This can be useful in identifying articles which need extra sourcing, so thanks for doing that. To further assist those who may wish to add sources to the articles, I sometimes put an inline tag next to the sentence or information that requires citing, or at least to the section. If an article has no (or only one or two) sources, then an article top banner is acceptable, but where an article already is well cited, I find it can be more helpful to indicate exactly or roughly where attention is needed, and don't bother with a tag at the top of the article. If you need more information then let me know - some info can be found on Wikipedia:Tagging pages for problems. Keep up the good work! SilkTork (talk) 15:17, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
![]() | This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
