Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 99.44.222.179. I just double-checked my IP address and I am not using a VPN. The message that says I cannot make edits shows a different IP address for me: "Editing from 91.207.172.0/22 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪ST47‬ for the following reason(s)." I don't know why the addresses don't match.

Decline reason:

If you are using a phone or tablet that you used on a different network, clearing your browser's cache might help. But the IP range you give comes up as a webhost and the fact that it is different than this IP typically means (perhaps unknowingly) a VPN or proxy is in operation.
