Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, ARRCNCTU. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Advanced Rocket Research Center, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 09:48, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason= Hi, I have been blocked from editing because there seem to be some promotional or advertising materials in the contents. Since I have no intention to promote or advertise any organization. Please, could you kindly list out which parts of my article violate the rule? So that I can avoid them in the further edition. It would be appreciated if you can help.}}.

Hi! I was informed of the blocking! What you need to do is get a new username that reflects you as an individual. You can use "Xiao Ming ARRCNCTU" and that would be okay. Secondly, if you are paid to have a presence on Wikipedia you will need to follow WIkipedia:COI. I would not edit the article directly, but instead suggest edits that third party users may make. If you need further help please add {{ping|WhisperToMe}}
