The article has been deleted for being non-notable four times, and has now been protected against recreation as a result - which makes it harder to get an article now. Many of the sources are very poor quality: this is a PR blurb, this reads like a press release, this barely mentions the subject at all, this is a press release, this is a press release, this reads like a press release, this is a press release, this is a "Top X of so-and-so" list, which doesn't count for notability, etc. There are a couple of okay sources in there (but not brilliant) - but a lot of rubbish, which counts against notability.
