. -- LuK3 (Talk) 14:16, 28 December 2021 (UTC)You are not permitted to remove active block notices.Talk page editing privileges revoked. You are a hair's breadth from an indefinite WP:NOTHERE block. Mjroots (talk) 14:53, 28 December 2021 (UTC)- OK, I was in error about removing block notices. It's declined unblock requests that you aren't allowed to be removed. However, this is unacceptable. It might not feel like it at the moment, but there are editors who are willing to try and help you, but you have to listen to them and reach out to them. If you don't, then your editing career will be a short one. Mjroots (talk) 06:24, 29 December 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, there has been much contention on Wikipedia, dating back to at least 2008, about whether decades should be numbered as 0-9 (and by association, that the decades should be referred to as the XXX0s), or as 1-10 (and by association, the decades referred to as the Xth Decade, or the Xth Decade of the Xth Century). Generally it seems like consensus currently is with using the 0-9 format in these decade articles. For example, this means that an article for the 2010s covers 2010 to 2019, and that there should not be a standalone article for the '202nd decade' or the '2nd decade of the 3rd millenium', which would cover the years 2011 to 2020. Below are a several discussions on this topic, of varying relevance. I hope that these answer any questions about the format of these articles. If not, feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to answer any questions.
- Various discussions and "discussions" on decades and how they should be defined on WP:
- Talk:0s - basically all discussion here relates to this issue in some way
- Talk:Decade - several relevant discussions here
- Talk:List of decades, centuries, and millennia - again, almost everything here relates to this in some way
