Feature Requests

First, I would like to thank you very much for your amazing program, which I just started using. It is easily the fastest and best vandal-fighting tool I have ever used.

However, I have a couple requests -- first, when looking at a recent change, you can only see one change at a time -- and if a user has made several changes to the page, a previous vandalism edit may be hidden by the most recent edit, and go unreverted. or worse, an edit that looks like vandalism, but isn't, because of other edits the user has made previously to the page -- and all their hard work is removed. Is there some way you could display the diff of all the most recent user's changes since some other user edited? In other words, show a diff that displays all the changes that will be reverted when you revert.

Second, though the standard vandalism warning templates are usually catch-all, occasionally I'd like to be able to give the user a more accurate warning, such as NPOV violations, or advertising, or some other reason that isn't exactly vandalism and will give the user a better idea of why they're being reverted when it's not pure vandalism that I'm reverting. That way users can better understand why their changes have been reverted, and they won't be as discouraged from further editing, their next edits will follow policy correctly, instead of them trying to add back what they believe to be good edits. If you could add additional shortcut keys for other common templates (on W, E, R, etc.), that would still revert the changes but give a different warning, that would be great. Or even better, allow the user of your tool to assign the templates to keys themselves.

It depends what rendering engine it uses. In the next version, one of the aims is as wide a compatibility with the main browsers as possible, specifically adding support for IE and Safari. If Seamonkey uses one of those rendering engines, then sure, otherwise, it's entirely down to luck. Ale_Jrbtalk 18:51, 7 April 2011 (UTC)

Bug: Warn instead of report?

Possible Igloo bug

Hi, first off, thanks for a great tool. Igloo is my favourite of all the offerings out there. Not quite sure what happened here, four level two warnings were issued with identical timestamps. Igloo feature suggestion

Hey there. Thanks a lot for creating Igloo - it's a handy alternative for Huggle. I wanted to give you a quick feature request - There are often situations where it's inappropriate to use Igloo's default warn-and-advance functionality. Even though a long term goal should (I feel) be having a quick-revert button and a revert-with-specific-warning button (akin to Twinkle), I have a different request for you that I think would be helpful regardless of if and when that feature set becomes a reality. Simply having a button to open the currently viewed diff in a browser - where corrections, custom edit summaries, and other rollback-inappropriate situations could be handled with a human touch. I don't think it would be a difficult implementation, either. Igloo - strange behavoir

Hi, it seems that on a couple of occasions, where a user has been given a final warning, instead of reporting he/she to AIV, Igloo issues a level 1 warning. An example can be seen here Best, ► Philg88 ◄ talk 02:34, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
