CS1 error on Sphoeroides[edit]

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Sphoeroides, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 01:24, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Paracheilinus amanda[edit]

Hello, Paracheilinus amanda seems to have a common name of "Amanda's flasher wrasse" [1]. What do you think? Wikishovel (talk) 15:17, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Also, the one source you've cited for Gymnothorax tamilnaduensis says the proposed common name is Tamil Nadu brown moray [2], for which I've found more reliable sources online to verify. Can you please supply a source for the common name of "naked moray"? Thanks. Wikishovel (talk) 15:52, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please respond before creating any more articles. Saya de Malha angelshark is not the common name of Squatina leae either. Wikishovel (talk) 15:59, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please also cite the base source, as opposed to a reprint; you tend to use Species New to Science, which is a blog that just copies from the linked DOI. Cite the page the DOI goes to instead. (It appears in small text a little below and to the right of the first image in each article.) Skarmory (talk • contribs) 21:29, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Alomomola, you are again creating article titles under invented common names: Easter Island infantfish, Rapa Nui infantfish, and Puerto Rico grunt can be found nowhere online, let alone in the sources you're citing. Please answer before creating any more articles. Wikishovel (talk) 17:36, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
