Please stop tagging articles for speedy deletion until you are properly acquainted with the applicable policy and practices. Your tagging this morning is quite inaccurate; your consistent use of non-English edit summaries on the English Wikipedia impedes communication, and tagging articles moments after new and inexperienced editors have begun writing them, without giving them a decent opportunity to complete their work, is not at all constructive and is viewed by many as violating WP:BITE, absent content which contravenes such policies as WP:ATTACK or violates copyright or licensing requirements.
