Why do you call yourself AnGael when you don't know one of the famous Irish pipers? Stop this, please! The Banner talk 01:01, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have always been passionate about this article and have contributed to it over the years under different usernames (I have a habit of forgetting passwords). If it means that I have to include Cillian Vallaly in the montage, I am willing to do that. How can you not agree with me on this?--AnGael (talk) 01:05, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

And what are your earlier names? The Banner talk 01:10, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Mullaghduff, County Cavan, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Mullaghduff. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 02:54, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

October 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Mullaghduff, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 02:57, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. I requested an administrator delete Mullaghduff, County Cavan and move Mullaghduff to Mullaghduff, County Cavan. To do so use a template:db-move {{db-move|Mullaghduff|multiple Mullaghduffs, change Mullaghduff to a disambiguation page}} I put this on the top of the page Mullaghduff, County Cavan ref: Wikipedia:Moving a page Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 03:08, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
