Hello, I'm Denniss. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions to Panzerkampfwagen E-100 because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Denniss (talk) 11:35, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio text addition to GW Tiger

[edit]

I reverted some of your additions to this article as the text was nearly 1:1 copied from http://www.achtungpanzer.com/grille-series-cricket-series.htm . Please stop copying text from other sites, this is not the first time you have done this.--Denniss (talk) 05:24, 20 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

New article: Vk4501

[edit]

Hello Andrew. Thank you for your new article Vk4501. I have just patrolled it and done a little copy editing.

The article puzzled me in places, and left me with some questions. I hope you will be able to edit the article to clarify these issues. Henschel and Porsche were both asked to develop prototypes of a new design of heavy tank. Both did so; Porsche creating the Vk4501(P) and Henschel creating the Tiger (P). The new article is about the Vk4501, the prototype created by Porsche, but in the first sentence you stated it was also known as the Tiger (P). I assumed Porsche's Vk4501(P) was never known as the Tiger (P) because that was the name of the competitor's prototype so I have edited the first sentence to remove the suggestion that Porsche's Vk4501(P) was also known as the Tiger (P). If that is not appropriate, please feel free to restore what I removed, but please be careful to avoid confusing the reader.

Henschel's prototype was known as the Tiger. Wikipedia has an article on the Tiger II tank from World War II. If these two are the same, please insert a blue link to take the reader from Henschel's Tiger tank to Tiger II. Happy editing. Dolphin (t) 04:12, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
