Hi Andy,

The Vietnamese text at the top reads:

If you speak Vietnamese and want to send me a message about Wikipedia, please post it at my user page at the Vietnamese Wikipedia.

It helps keep things a bit more organized. I'm a bureaucrat at the Vietnamese Wikipedia, so having the Vietnamese messages there makes it easier to point users to relevant articles and such.

The X stands for Xuân, a Vietnamese name meaning "spring".

Unfortunately, that's the best you can do. The system administrators disabled interwiki redirects long ago, because they were pretty confusing to unexperienced users and thus a great way to wreak havoc. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 03:20, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Interwiki links can go to all kinds of places: see the Interwiki map. For example, some vandal could replace the contents of a prominent article with a redirect to Uncyclopedia:AAAAAAAAA!, and to newcomers it'd reflect pretty poorly on Wikipedia. So if you have #redirect [[en:User:Andy Bjornovich]] on your page, the page will call itself a redirect, but won't automatically redirect any visitors. That's my understanding of the issue, anyway. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 08:20, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This page is appearing in CAT:CSD because of the speedy template at its foot. I suggest you remove the template! --Dweller (talk) 14:03, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I don't begin to understand the message you placed on my page, but maybe that's appropriate because I wasn't very clear with the message I placed on yours!
So let's start again. You created a page called User talk:Andy Bjornovich/Sandbox1. In the first version of this page, it included a tag asking for it to be deleted. I came along to be helpful and warn you that if you didn't remove that tag, someone would probably delete it - and it looks like they have. It could be that you wanted it deleted, but most people don't request things to be deleted in exactly the same moment that they create them. --Dweller (talk) 16:09, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
